Our Story

CESA Purchasing was created by the 12 CESAs in 2006 so that all Wisconsin school districts could utilize discounts and contracts.

Our Mission

CESA Purchasing’s mission is to level the playing field so that the smallest school can have the same advantages of a large district.

CESA Purchasing makes it easy for schools and other educational entities to take advantage of already negotiated and/or bid discounts through our national AEPA contracts, Wisconsin-Only agreements and contracts.

Meghan Cropp, Partnerships Manager

Meghan Cropp serves as Partnerships Manager for the CESA Purchasing program throughout the state of Wisconsin. Meghan's background in Sales & Marketing, coupled with experience working within the School District of Fort Atkinson in various instructional and administrative support roles, combine to allow her to understand both Educator and Vendor Partners' needs and perspectives. Meghan's role is specifically to act as a liaison between Vendor and Educator Partners, assisting with supporting partnerships, purchases, and relationships.

Mitchell Lilly, Exec. Director of Marketing & Communications

Mitchell Lilly is the Executive Director of Marketing & Communications for CESA Purchasing and has been with CESA 2 since 2017. As Executive Director, Mitchell is responsible for establishing and driving a multi-channel communications strategy. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from UW-Whitewater.
